Exchange Policy (Limited & Intentional)
We offer exchange only in the following cases:

Size-related issues

Damaged product received
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

Change of mind

No longer wanting the product

Orders placed only to try
A ₹100 exchange fee will be charged to cover the cost of reverse pickup and shipping the replacem item.
BYORIGIN is not built for impulsive buying culture.
Return / Exchange Timeline

Exchange or return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Requests made after this window will not be accepted
Product Condition Guidelines
To be eligible for an exchange or return:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Original tags must be intact

Item must be returned in original packaging
Products failing quality inspection will not be approved.
Mandatory Proof (Important)
To request any exchange, store credit, or refund, you must provide:
- You must record a video of receiving the product from the delivery boy.

A clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

The sealed package
-
Opening of the parcel

The product clearly
-
If the parcel appears tampered with at delivery:

Please do not accept the delivery

Capture clear photos/videos with the delivery person present
- Record the video of returning the parcel to delivery boy showing the parcel is properly packed and the product is inside the package.
Without proper proof, we may not be able to assist further.
Refund Policy
Store Credit (Primary Resolution)

BYORIGIN follows a store-credit–first policy

Most approved returns are issued as store credit

Store credit is added to your BYORIGIN account and can be used anytime
Monetary Refunds (Rare & Conditional)
A monetary refund is issued only in exceptional cases, and only if:

The return reason is genuine and valid

Mandatory proof (including unboxing video) is provided

The product passes internal quality inspection
Important Notes:

The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with BYORIGIN

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

If not approved for refund, store credit will be issued instead

Refunds or store credit will reflect within 24–48 hours after inspection
